Assuming you submitted your invoice here. Payments are typically Net 20, which means that payment should arrive 20 days from the production date. You'll receive an email from Melio shortly before payment is sent out. If you have not received it after that date, please reach out to admin@thinkraven.com

Yes. In order to receive your payment, you will be sent an invitation to join Melio, initiated by our team. Please make sure to accurately complete your profile and payment details on Melio. After your setup is complete, payments will be processed and sent using the payment method you have selected.

Unfortunately, no. Payments are processed using only one method to maintain consistency across all our projects and freelancers, a policy that our accountants find effective.

Unless previously discussed and approved in writing, no reimbursements will be provided. This policy also applies to mileage expenses.

Absolutely! After the video or content is publicly released, you are free to include it in your portfolio or use it as a sample of your work to pursue future opportunities. Ask about it by reaching out to the admin email.
