We provide video production, photography, animation, UGC, paid media management, and related creative and marketing services to consumer brands worldwide.

A. Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting (Webflow), CRM and project management tools, email delivery platforms, SMS delivery providers, analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (Meta, Google). These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
B. Advertising Platforms
Our Site uses tracking technologies that transmit certain data to advertising platforms including Meta and Google. 4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
- Contact form submissions and inquiry data: retained for up to 24 months from the date of last interaction
- Client project records and communications: retained for a minimum of 5 years from project completion to support contractual, accounting, and legal obligations
- SMS opt-in records and message logs: retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with TCPA recordkeeping requirements
- Website analytics and usage data: retained in accordance with the settings and data retention policies of our third-party analytics providers
- Email marketing records: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, plus any period required by applicable law
When personal information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we securely delete or anonymize it.
5. Data Security

8. SMS Communications
A. Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to SMS communications from ThinkRaven, you consent to receive text messages including service updates, appointment reminders, project status notifications, and promotional messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.
B. Message Frequency
We will send no more than one SMS message per week under normal circumstances. Urgent service-related updates may require additional messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
C. Opt-Out and Help
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a confirmation that your opt-out was processed. For help, text HELP or contact support@thinkraven.com.
D. Data Restrictions
