ThinkRaven LLC ("ThinkRaven," "we," "our," or "us") is a creative marketing agency headquartered in Austin, Texas, with operations in San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Mexico City, and Hong Kong. We provide video production, photography, animation, UGC, paid media management, and related creative and marketing services to consumer brands worldwide.

It also describes your rights regarding your personal information and how to exercise them.

A. Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to SMS communications from ThinkRaven, you consent to receive text messages including service updates, appointment reminders, project status notifications, and promotional messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.

B. Message Frequency

We will send no more than one SMS message per week under normal circumstances. Urgent service-related updates may require additional messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

C. Opt-Out and Help

Our Site is built on Webflow and uses tools including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and scheduling platforms. Each of these third parties maintains their own privacy policies governing their collection and use of data generated through your use of our Site.
